She Sleeps
Everyday, at about the same time, I get a few nice hours to myself to try to get as much work done as I can. I only have about two hours at the most, to make the most of it. What I do during that time depends on what day of the week it is and what eel I need to get done. It also depends on the weather. If it is raining outside, I will have to do some inside work, if it’s nice, then I need to some yard work or house repairs. Today the baby decides to sleep for a few hours, so I was Abe to get some things done. What I did was type this out. I typed a few things out and forgot that I needed to get some dinner ready. I was making beef stew, so that was going to take a litter bit of time to get prepared. First I needed to cut up the beef, and then flour it, and brown it in a pan. Then I mixed it with some spices and a few cans of beef stock. Chopping up the vegetable was the next thing to do. A few potatoes, and onion, few carrots, and some mushrooms. Toss all of it in the crock-pot and let it cook for the rest of the day. Then she woke up. That’s all I got done.
